Shipping Policy

Delivery Times

Once you place your order with us either online or in store, we will provide you with an estimated lead time. Lead times are subjective and vary on each product. We will do our best ensure your order is delivered to you as soon as possible

If any of our “In Stock” pieces which are purchased, will be delivered or collected within 7 days. Deliveries outside of Dublin and surrounding areas are completed by our team but may need an extra day to deliver (deliveries outside of Dublin may take up to 10 working days).

Although we try our very best to ensure that your items are delivered in the time frame specified, delays may occur that are beyond our control. We will always advise you of the lead time at the point of sale and will provide the information that is available to us at that time. 

Delivery Day

We will always contact you via phone call or text message with an approximate time frame at least 1 day before your scheduled delivery date. We cannot guarantee this time frame to be completely accurate due to unforeseen delays, traffic etc. If you have a question regarding your delivery, please contact our team on 0894950238.

Our delivery team will deliver, assemble and remove all rubbish from the order.

If you need any furniture removed please contact us in advance as a small fee is associated with removal if required.

Shipping Costs:

Currently there is no fee for delivery nationwide. Pieces.ie offer Free shipping nationwide. We provide warehouse to door delivery throughout Ireland.

If our drivers cannot contact you on the number provided or fails to gain access to your delivery address on the day, your delivery will be scheduled for the next available delivery day and slot. A re-delivery charge will be applied. This charge will depend on your location.

Where do we ship to?

Pieces.ie ships, for free, to addresses within The Republic of Ireland only.  We do not ship to Northern Ireland, GB or Europe Currently.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Pieces.ie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping

We currently do not provide internal shipping.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also retain and return the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Obvious signs of use
* Products returned but only part packaging is returned
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
* For larger items (sofa’s Dining table / cabinetry etc) a re-stocking fee of 30% will be included if items are being returned. This is to accommodate the item can no longer be sold as new and can not be repacked in its original protective wrapping.

Returns

To return your product, you should return your product to: 42/43 Prussia Street, Stoneybatter, Dublin 7

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we collect the item and you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
